  • Printing is done to the highest standards by OTC Printers, with quality control before dispatch.
  • Slight variations in print colour, placement, and size may occur due to the manufacturing process. These differences are normal and not considered defects.

4. Eligibility to Purchase

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery details.

  • Orders are printed and shipped directly from OTC Printers in South Africa.

  • Christian Family Store is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details; we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
